Artists/ Performers:

Teon Gibbs

Teon Gibbs has demonstrated a hunger for innovation by offering a diverse range of sounds in his music. Pulling together RnB and Soul samples, Gospel cords, 808s, live instrumentation, and a strong understanding of harmony, Teon has been able to create just about anything from Trap Anthems to soul- searching hip-hop to RnB ballads, all the while maintaining honesty in his music. This authenticity is what has allowed him to build his brand and has drawn in an engaged following of teenagers and young adults who can relate to his hunger for a better life and appreciate his realness as a rarity amongst the inauthenticity from social media in today’s world. The BC native looks poised to continue this growth in 2019 by releasing two more full-length projects and a constant stream of singles and music videos while planning a larger tour. Teon Gibbs has coined the term, “I might do it for the culture,” and is looking to do just that.

SwayzeAck

SwayzeAck is a hip hop artist, songwriter and motivator from Vancouver BC. He grew up in the Kelowna area for most of his life but recently moved back to Vancouver to chase his dreams in the big city. After the release of his self titled debut album “SwayzeAck” in August of 2018 he has been performing all across the greater Vancouver area. SwayzeAck is well known for his infectious high energy performances, that leaves the crowd under this spell of inspiration. SwayzeAck is currently working towards his second album release in January 2020 followed by a West Coast Tour in the Spring.

Jory

Originally hailing from Chino, California, Jory hit the Vancouver music scene last year with his debut EP “Stay”. Mixing a technical lyrical flow over top of slick production, it’s easy to pick up So-Cal influences in his rhymes and delivery. Jory continues to pump out new tracks in 2019, including his much hyped collaboration with Vancouver hip-hop artist Teon Gibbs, which is days away from release.

Brett Barron

Brett Barron is a recording artist hailing from Vancouver, Canada. Around the age of 6, Barron was influenced by the sounds and music that his older brother would play and let him listen along to. These include the likes of 50 Cent, G-Unit, as well as late 90s to early 2000’s R&B and Dancehall music. Around the same time, Barron found a passion for poetry and in turn, songwriting. In his first year of high school, Brett was introduced to Rojae, who would go on to become not only a very good friend, but the executive producer of his first full length project. Barron ended up missing a lot of schooldays to get into the studio and focus on music, graduating early to pursue a career in music. At age 17, Barron played his first live club show. Brett Barron takes heavily from his younger influences and ties together hip-hop flows and melodic R&B sounds, creating a beautiful blend tied together with exceptional production.
