TrailerHawk

Haunted Melodies and Country Soaked Americana Rock N' Roll. Stick a pin in a map somewhere between the California hills, Motor City and Nashville and there you'll find TrailerHawk blasting out haunted melodies atop of country soaked Americana rock n' roll.

TrailerHawk is: Good Robert on drums, Don Binns on Bass Fiddle and The Fender Pre, Tom Hammel on Pedal Steel, Vocals and Guitars, Rod Bruno on Lead and Rhythm guitars, while the incomparable Carmen Bruno sings her tales of life, liquor and love on the run.

Half Up Front, their debut 2017 EP produced by Colin Linden (Lucinda Williams, T-Bone Burnett, Bob Dylan) premiered at #36 on the iTunes Canada Country chart and spawned the single "Car". The track picked up steam south of the border and began solid rotation on radio stations from deep in Texas to the United Kingdom. Following that release the band has hit the ground running and hasn't looked back. They released a compilation of tracks in January 2020 named 12 Tracks and Road Maps. 2020's 12 Tracks and Roads marks the end of a chapter for the band and new beginning as well; the group recorded their most recent album at the legendary Hipposonic Studios with Dave "Rave" Ogilvie (Nine Inch Nails, Queen, David Bowie). 2021 - 2022 TrailerHawk releases 3 brand new singles ‘Let it Lie’, 'Tell Me What’, and ‘On and On’. Recorded at Hipposonic Studios with Dave "Rave" Ogilvie (Nine Inch Nails, Queen, David Bowie) Producing and Mixing.

Robert Connely Farr

2019 Maple Blues Awards Nominee:  Songwriter of the Year & New Artist of the Year

"Raw, authentic, trancelike & practically a debt of gratitude to the music of his birthplace, Farr carries on as a torchbearer for the state's original music... His mission is important"
Glide Magazine - Jim Hynes

Robert Connely Farr is a songwriter from Bolton, Mississippi (Charley Patton / Mississippi Sheiks) currently residing in Vancouver, BC. Since 2017, Mississippi bluesman Jimmy "Duck" Holmes has been mentoring Farr in the Bentonia Blues, an obscure style that Holmes learned directly from Henry Stuckey, who also taught Skip James. Robert released Dirty South Blues in late 2018 to immediate critical acclaim. In 2019, Farr played his first sold out shows, including the Bentonia Blues Festival and was nominated for Songwriter of the Year & New Artist of the Year by the prestigious Canadian Maple Blues Awards - this followed by a cancer diagnosis and emergency surgery. Farr hit the ground running in 2020, releasing 3 albums (Gasoline, Live In EastVan & Country Supper) culminating into Farr's 16 track Country Supper - which landed on numerous 'Best of Year' lists and in similar fashion to Dirty South Blues, garnered dozens of positive reviews from critics.

"Pure and simple - Mississippi Magic! ..hypnotic spells with a lot of rural Delta & a lot of Hill Country Blues (the "hypnotic groove" of Fred McDowell , RL Burnside , Junior Kimbrough & co). Dust, stinger, & an old Harmony amp from the sixties. But also rock'n'roll ( "Girl in the Holler" ) & country outlaw ("If It Was up to Me)" - DIRTYWORKS EDITORIAL
